Keecia James is the Founder of Lynn James, a nonprofit talent and communications consultancy founded in 2011. She has worked with mid-size to large nonprofits across the country to help them solve problems, hire great people and communicate their impact. Her board leadership experience includes serving as board member Oak Park’s District 97, and President during a global pandemic, where she successfully worked collaboratively toward school reopening.
She began her career as a middle school and high school language arts classroom teacher and then transitioned to the non-profit sector, serving in senior leadership positions in public policy, direct services and K-12 education.
Arts + culture are her passions and she is excited to join Kartemquin and help them realize their goals.
