Neal Robin is an associate in the Real Estate group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Mr. Robin focuses his practice on real estate development, purchases, sales, financing, and leasing. He advises developers, real estate funds, REITs, Fortune 500 companies, high net-worth individuals, national retailers, and landlords and tenants in their real estate projects and transactions. Mr. Robin has worked on a broad range of real estate assets, including retail centers, office buildings, mixed-use properties, industrial facilities and raw land locally and throughout the country. In real estate development, he guides developers as they acquire, entitle, finance and build shopping centers, as well as negotiates leases with national retailers and quick-service restaurants. He also assists community arts organizations navigate their real estate matters pro bono. Mr. Robin is an active member of the Chicago chapter of Urban Land Institute and ICSC. Mr. Robin earned his B.A. (with distinction) from Emory University and his J.D. from the Case Western University School of Law.
